Rates & Accommodations

Silver Lake Lodge has three bedrooms and is available for rental for a one-week minimum in June, July and August; a three-night minimum for Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, and over New Year’s; and a two-night minimum the remainder of the year. Rates are $1410 per week and $210 per night.

The lodge includes a Loft Suite with a king-size bed, a private bathroom with walk-in shower and jetted tub, and in-room satellite TV and VCR; Jennifer’s Room with a queen-size bed and a shared bathroom; and Stephanie’s Room, which has one double-size bed, one single-size bed, and a shared bathroom. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen, dining are and living room area on the main floor.

Also available for larger groups is an additional one-bedroom lower level with a full kitchen and dining area, pull-out couch in the living area, and a wonderful view of the lake. The combined rate for the three-bedroom lodge and the one-bedroom lower level is $2080 per week and $320 per night, with a one-week minimum in June, July and August; a three-night minimum for Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, and over New Year’s; and a two-night minimum the remainder of the year. The lower level will not be rented separately.

Policies and Procedures

* A non-refundable one-night deposit (plus 5.5% state and local sales tax) is due at the time the reservation is made.
* The deposit for the three-bedroom lodge is $212.51 for a weekly rental and $232.10 for a nightly rental.
* The deposit for the three-bedroom lodge and one-bedroom lower level together is $313.49 for a weekly rental and $337.60 for a nightly rental.

Cancellation Policy
 

* For weekly stays, a one night non-refundable deposit is due when the reservation is made. 50% of the balance will be due four months prior to arrival with the remainder due upon arrival. There will be no refunds within the four months prior to arrival.
 

* For nightly stays, a one night non-refundable deposit is due when the reservation is made. Upon request, the deposit can be applied to a rescheduled stay within 6 months.
